Teacher Pay Deal

  Oklahoma lawmakers debate late into the night on a teacher pay raise bill. The House of Representatives narrowly passed the $474 million dollar bill by the necessary three fourths vote required of revenue measures, despite criticism from Republicans that teacher pay could be raised by eliminating waste and fraud rather than increasing taxes.
