Justice Reform
Criminal justice reform measures remain stalled at the capitol, even as Oklahoma's prison population continues to climb. Oklahoma's prisons are now at 113% capacity, and the Department of Corrections faces a 14.4 million dollar shortfall by the end of the fiscal year.
