The Frontier: Legislative Scholarships

  Frontier reporter Brianna Bailey has more on "scholarships" provided to state lawmakers. While state ethics rules limit the amount of gifts lobbyists can give to legislators, there's nothing in Oklahoma's ethics rules that prohibit state lawmakers from accepting scholarships, grants and travel subsidies from special interest groups.
