Hall Case
A daily liberal scare, from ONR -
She has served 11 years of a 30 year prison term for failing to protect her children from child abuse. The ACLU of Oklahoma is asking the Court of Criminal Appeals to hear the case and set Hall free. The alleged abuser, her boyfriend, got a 8 years sentence with most of that suspended and with credit for time served walked away a free man. This story aired on the ONR on OETA-The Oklahoma Network.
