A daily liberal scare, from ONR -
TSET incentive grants are getting people in rural Oklahoma moving in a healthier direction. Communities, schools, churches and businesses that receive healthy Oklahoma Certification can apply for the grants to pay for updating parks, community gardens and other projects aimed at reducing cancer and cardio vascular disease.
