Toxic Vapor Deaths

  Nearly four years ago, co-workers found David Simpson's lifeless body on top of a tank battery at an Oklahoma well site. Simpson became known as one of the Niosh nine. Oil field workers ranging in age from 21 to 63 who died suddenly after inhaling toxic hydrocarbon gas fumes while measuring levels of oil inside a tank. For Simpson's family justice came this month in a federal courtroom but not from a judicial ruling.This story aired on the ONR on OETA-The Oklahoma Network.
