Legal Battle Over Medical Cannabis

More questions arise surrounding rules adopted for the regulation of medical cannabis. The state Attorney General advises the board of health to redraft the rules. Meanwhile, the agency's General Counsel resigns after criminal charges are filed against her, amid allegations that outside groups may have improperly tried to influence decisions of the health board.
