Medical Cannabis React

  The approval of medical marijuana did not catch the state health department unprepared. Days before the vote, the agency issued emergency rules covering all aspects of the new industry. Now the Governor has decided no special session is needed. It will take about 150 days for all of the procedures to be in place. This story aired on the ONR on OETA-The Oklahoma Network.
