Oklahoma Budget

  Uncertainties over the state budget are tarnishing Oklahoma's state image. Lawmakers still haven't entirely filled the shortfall left in the current year's budget when the state Supreme Court struck down a cigarette fee as unconstitutional, making projections for the next fiscal year difficult.
