Health care providers voice concerns about the state's latest budget shortfall. They warn the state's rural hospitals and nursing homes will suffer if lawmakers don't find new revenue to plug a 215 million dollar budget hole created when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled a cigarette fee was unconstitutional.This story aired on the ONR on OETA-The Oklahoma Network.
